I have been in the beauty, makeup, relaxation, and spa industry for over 20 years. My experience ranges from Director of Makeup, Creative Director, Makeup Instructor, Esthetic School Director, Esthetician Educator, spa employee, and massage therapist employee.
My goal is to create something different from the Destination Spas and Massage/Spa franchises I have worked at. Mind Skin Body is meant to be something more, not just massage or skin care, but a place that offers many different types of self-care. I hope you'll feel the difference as well, as Mind Skin Body continues to evolve.

The Treatment is about you!
I always do my best to find what your mind, skin, and body needs, whether through massage or skincare. Many times, I find issues you weren’t even aware of; places you didn't realize were hurting or unaligned. For this reason, I always try to include Range of Motion stretches at hips and shoulders in every massage.
When you book your time with me, that entire time is spent in treatment. My 60, 90, 120-minute sessions are exactly what you get. The time used to discuss your service beforehand or after is on my time, not yours. To allow for this, please make sure to plan an additional 15 to 20 minutes for your appointment.

This way we are ready to go when you arrive, and your relaxation can begin right away! Its my personal favorite line out of all of the lines I have used. Sanitas believes in working out your skin like you do the rest of your body, Work out time - Rest time. During the work out time, exfoliation is the main focus, during Rest the focus is healing and rebuilding.
I have some products in stock and ready for you and the rest is by order.
Sanitas is located in Colorado so its a fairly fast shipping time to receive the product.

Neck Traction Device with Heat and Timer.
This Device has helped me with my neck and shoulder pain more than anything else. I utilize it 15 minutes a day and on the days I miss a session, I feel it the next day.
I have a feeling that it has to do with compression and tension on the Vagus Nerve, and not just the position of the skeletal system.
Multi position, Cervical pillow for Sleep
I wouldn't necessarily say this is a life changing pillow, but it has changed my sleep patterns for the better.
I sleep better and used in conjunction with neck traction it has helped. One down fall to it is that if you change positions at night, you have to move it to match your position.
*Update: Although inconvenient this pillow is a keeper and I have noticed a Great improvement in sleep.
